- The position will oversee both private and government sales channels to ensure market leadership, revenue growth, and a significant market share in the Indian Endo Vision/Laparoscopy surgical healthcare ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to drive sales execution, manage teams, and meet regional targets.
- Experience in both private and government sales channels is a plus.
- Strong team leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
