HR Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support onboarding activities by preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
• Organize and manage employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry and scheduling meetings.
• Support compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Maintain and update HR trackers, such as leave trackers, attendance records, reimbursement trackers and training schedules.
• Prepare internship letters, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Follow relevant hashtags and content shared by new interns on social platforms to promote engagement and monitor activities.
