• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and define user personas.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and low/high-fidelity prototypes.
• Translate complex product ideas into simple, usable experiences.
• Collaborate with UI developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Iterate on feedback from users, stakeholders, and developers.
• Contribute to evolving our design system and style guide.

Required Skills & Tools:

Design & Prototyping:

• Figma (main tool for design & prototyping)
• Adobe XD / Sketch (optional, nice to have)
• Miro / Whimsical for user flows and brainstorming

User Research & Testing:

• Basic knowledge of usability testing
• Familiarity with tools like Maze, Optimal Workshop, or Hotjar
• Google Forms / Typeform for surveys

Core UX Concepts:

• Design Thinking
• Human-Centered Design
• Information Architecture
• Accessibility & UX writing principles

Bonus (Good to Have):

• Experience designing for AI/Chatbot/Voice UI products
• Motion design using Lottie / After Effects
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for better developer handoff)
• Experience contributing to or building a design system

Who You Are:

• Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
• A portfolio that showcases your UX design process and thinking.
• Comfortable with rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
