Software Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Backend Development:

• Develop and maintain robust, secure, and scalable backend systems using NestJS.
• Design and implement APIs (RESTful and GraphQL) for efficient data exchange.
• Integrate third-party services and tools into the backend infrastructure.
• Ensure the security of data and applications, including authentication and authorization.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize backend performance.

Frontend Development:

• Build and maintain interactive and responsive web interfaces using Angular.
• Implement reusable UI components and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional applications.
• Optimize frontend performance for fast loading and smooth interactions.

Database Management:

• Design, develop, and optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL.
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and security.

General Responsibilities:

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to implement best practices.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in NestJS for backend development.
• Expertise in Angular for frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including database design, complex queries, and optimization.
• Solid understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3).
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of responsive and cross-platform design practices.
