Customer Care Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing exceptional support. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Address customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide the best support.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction.
• Record and track customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues as needed.
• Provide feedback to management about customer experiences and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a customer service role (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player.
