Job Description: Accounts Receivable Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Manager with a strong background in international accounting and expertise in SAP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection, and maintaining accurate financial records across multiple regions. This role requires a deep understanding of global accounting principles, compliance standards, and proficiency in SAP systems to streamline operations and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Receivable Management:

Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and resolution of discrepancies.

Manage the AR aging report and ensure outstanding balances are addressed promptly.

2. International Accounting:

Handle multi-currency transactions, intercompany reconciliations, and ensure compliance with international financial regulations (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).

Collaborate with global teams to standardize AR processes across regions.

3. SAP Expertise:

Utilize SAP for AR management, including invoicing, collections, and reporting.

Ensure efficient integration of SAP with other accounting systems and processes.

4. Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor the AR team, providing guidance and training on best practices.

Set performance targets, conduct reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

5. Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial standards, and internal controls.

Prepare regular AR reports and analysis for management, highlighting key trends and risks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA is a plus).

Minimum of 10.0 years of experience in accounts receivable management, with exposure to international accounting practices.

Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO modules preferred) and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to analyze data, resolve conflicts, and implement process improvements.
