Introduction

The selected consultant will play a crucial role in evaluating the technical components, commercial evaluation and vendor evaluation for all the requirements given. The consultant is expected to assess the vendors before concluding the commercials.

Scope of Work

• The selected consultant needs to work for supporting the sourcing activities for projects & green field
• Conduct a preliminary analysis of the technical aspects related to the manufacturing
• Support in assessing the required machinery, technology, and processes suitable for the proposed project.
• Recommendations for optimal selection of requirements
• Conduct evaluation of all the offers submitted by the vendors
• Develop a comprehensive techno commercial proposal for all the requirements
• Do the benchmarking for the requirements in the automobile industry and incorporate the same
• Develop a detailed implementation plan outlining project milestones and timelines
• Identify key tasks, dependencies, and critical paths for successful project execution
