Computronics Systems - L1/L2 Seclore Engineer - IRM/DRM Solutions (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Proficiently manage and administer IRM/DRM solutions, including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.

- Implement and enforce security policies and access controls for sensitive data.

- Monitor and analyze IRM/DRM system performance and identify potential issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IRM/DRM functionality.

- Experience in working with Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.

- Hands-on experience in commissioning and implementation of IRM/DRM solutions.

- Integrate IRM/DRM solutions with various management and authentication tools (e., email, AD, IAM, SIEM).

- Experience in automating processes using scripting, configuration (SOAR) tools.

- Respond promptly to incidents and service requests.

- Conduct thorough incident analysis and root cause determination.

- Coordinate with users to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of issues.

- Troubleshoot network, transport, session, presentation, and application layers of the OSI model.

- Utilize packet capture, analysis, and troubleshooting tools effectively.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and industry standards.

- Conduct regular audits and performance checks on IRM/DRM systems.

- Apply security patches and updates as required.

- Collaborate effectively with other teams and stakeholders.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Coordinate with OEMs for technical support, RMA, and replacement of equipment.

Qualifications :

- 2-4 years of experience in network security, with at least 1 year of experience in managing IRM/DRM solutions.

- Product certification as a Seclore Certified Professional.

- Experience in working with Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.

- Hands-on experience in commissioning and implementing IRM/DRM solutions.

- Experience in integrating IRM/DRM with various management and authentication tools.

- Experience in automating processes using scripting and configuration tools.

- Strong understanding of network protocols and security concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
