Job Description : Arcos PIM/PAM (Privileged Identity Management/Privileged AccessManagement) L1 Engineer

Position Overview :

As an L1 Arcos PIM/PAM Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers utilizing Arcos PIM/PAM solutions.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform system configurations, and ensure the effective operation of Arcos PIM/PAM deployments.

This is an entry-level position that requires foundational knowledge of privileged identity management and privileged access management concepts, as well as a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams regarding Arcos PIM/PAM solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Arcos PIM/PAM deployments, including user access, authentication, session monitoring, and policy enforcement.

- Collaborate with customers, cross-functional teams, and vendors to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Perform system configurations, including user onboarding, role-based access control (RBAC) setup, and integration with other identity and access management (IAM) tools.

- Monitor and analyze system logs and events to identify and respond to security incidents and performance anomalies.

- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in a knowledge base to enhance the team's collective knowledge and improve customer support efficiency.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in privileged identity management, privileged access management, Arcos PIM/PAM products, and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

- Knowledge of privileged identity management and privileged access management concepts, including password management, access control, session recording, and least privilege.

- Familiarity with Arcos PIM/PAM solutions or other similar privileged access management products is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.

- Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, LDAP, Active Directory, and role-based access control (RBAC).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Flexibility to work in shifts and provide on-call support as required
