Required Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities

• Have experience working in Oracle HCM, OTL ERP modules.
• Should possess strong Experience in Core HR, OTL configuration and maintenance.
• Have Integration and application functionality experience including experience in Oracle Core HR, Fast formula, Time and Labor and other HR modules.
• Candidate must be experienced in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Time & Labor module end to end independently.
• Ability to lead the discussions with the business users for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Time & Labor
• Must have worked in 2 to 3 Oracle HCM Cloud Global and OTL Implementations.
• Must have expertise in developing, modifying, debugging Fast Formula.
• Must have strong experience in Oracle OTBI, BI Reporting, HCM/OTL Subject Areas, Bursting, Data models.
• Must have experience in the HCM extracts in various levels and modules.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and functional or leadership teams
• Strong skill in Timecards, Workflows, Configurations and worked in integrations with other Major ERP Vendors.
• Must have loaded Core HR, Payroll, Time & labor Data in Oracle HCM Cloud Application using HDL.
• Must have experience in Implementing Security, Role Admin, Approval Workflow for Oracle HCM Cloud Global, Time & Labor modules.
• Must be good at handling client demos, Regression Testing, Oracle Fusion Quarterly patches, Unit Testing and creating Functional Design Documents.
• Must be good at communication, project specific documentation and client handling skills.
• Experience in setting up security roles or access rights.
• Have solid experience in writing OTBI, BI reports, Workflows, debugging Fast Formula, Oracle HR/OTL set up and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to design and develop complex Reports using BI Data model, knowledge about HCM, Workflow, OTL tables.
• Function as Applications design architect/Lead for Oracle Core HR and OTL modules.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and is flexible to participate as a team member in other projects
• Ability to understand and/or create project plans, timelines, regular status reports, risk and issue logs, and work with the appropriate teams to ensure the team delivers the required activities and tasks
• Experience with File Transfer, Shell scripts, Batch commands and Fast formula calls. scripts
• Should possess good interpersonal, problem-solving skills core consulting skills and communication skills.
• The candidate should work accurately with good attention to detail maintaining data confidentiality and integrity
• Ability to work across Oracle Cloud teams, other major ERP applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) and external data interfaces.
• Experience in writing functional technical, test script and training documentation
• Should be approachable, should be flexible at work, time zone coverage is expected
• Should be flexible to work for long hours overlapping at times with the EST, CST and PST working hours

Years of Experience:

• 5+ Years of Cloud Oracle HCM/OTL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Job scheduler. Control-M (Nice to have)
• Cloud HCM Certification
