Desired Profile / Roles & responsibilities:

• Education: Preferably an MPM /MBA/PGDBM in HR
• 0-2 years of experience in Leave and Attendance Maintenance .

Rotational Shift Role & responsibilities

Operational:

• Attendance and Leave Management: Daily attendance & Leaves tracking, finalization of attendance and leave management to consider data for payroll.
• Maintaing different registers: Leaves, Comp off, OT etc..
• HR Record Updation : HR record updating in internal attendance Master sheet and other trackers.
• MIS- Daily, weekly, monthly MIS /reports to be send to reporting manager / Sr. Management.
