Manager - People Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding - Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This includes preparing onboarding materials, managing documentation, and ensuring all necessary system access and benefits are set up prior to the employees first day.
• Exit Management - Lead the exit process for employees leaving the organization, ensuring that proper exit interviews are conducted, clearances are completed, and full and final settlement is processed accurately and on time. Ensure all necessary documentation, such as relieving letters and experience certificates, are issued promptly.
• Leaves and Attendance Management - Oversee and manage the leave and attendance systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of employee leave balances, attendance records, and approvals. Ensure that all policies regarding leaves (sick, casual, paid, etc.) are adhered to and communicated effectively.
• HRIS and Data Management - Maintain and manage the HRIS system, ensuring all employee data is accurately entered, updated, and easily accessible. Generate regular reports for HR leadership and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Ensure that HR systems are updated for new hires, exits, and changes in employee status.
• Employee Query Management - Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR related queries, specifically related to onboarding, leaves, attendance, exit processes, and HRIS. Provide timely and accurate responses, and ensure that employee concerns are addressed in a professional manner.
