Treasury Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely completion of all documentation related activities by coordinating with the concerned Team.
• Invoice discounting for available limit with FIs.
• Ensuring Team timely completion of activities such as account updation (for clients discounted), payment of interest/repayment on due date.
• Preparing a daily budget after considering total fund inflow (Collection, Sales, Debt/Equity Funding) and fund outflow (vendor payment, admin payment, interest/debt repayment).
• Supporting Treasury Manager for finalizing investment plans for surplus to be generated in near to medium term.
• Tracking repayment schedule for each of the FIs.
• Support team for Borrowing/ Interest/ CCE finalization before 5th of every month.
• Balance confirmation from all the FIs.
• Finance cost working (Interest cost)
