Role & responsibilities

1 Mantaining Satisfactory Sustainable Relationship with assigned existing Lenders, and Exploring New Business Relationship with proposed lenders/ banks.
A) Mainting existing relationalship with Lenders .
B) Exploring new banking/ lender relationship opportunity with lenders
C) Responsible for processing of funding proposal and /or providing providing information to Banks as and when required.
D) Co-ordinating for selection, excecution, loss estimation of pool
E) Responsible for submission of compliance to the banks.
F) Arranging meeting with senior management with lenders/ banker and credit rating agencies.
G) Negotitating with banks and other professional firms to have services at competitaive rates in marke 2 Compliance Requirements - Statutory/ Regulatory and As per Sanction Conditions.
A) Monthly/ Quaterly / Annual Compliance for lenders and Regualtory (SEBI and RBI is any) as per Terms of sanction condition to review and arrange to get Comply within Stipulated time.
B) Ensuring timely Payment of Monthly and Quaterly Debt Obligation under bond transaction for Assigned lenders/ banks,
C) Responsible for submission of Annual Monitoring report to the DFI
3 Documentation
A) Help lenders/bankers to expediate on proposal by timely arranging details in required format.
B) Before and Post sanction of limit reviewing the proposal note and sanction letter deligently with bank/ lender
C) Reviewing required documentation to be done for availment of sanction deligently which will help in timely availement of sanction limits. 4 Investments:
•Responsible for co-ordination for negotiating with banks for better rate of interest on FD's and also co-ordinating with banks for investment and redemption of Fixed Deposit.
• Responsible for investment of Fund's in GSEC as per LCR requirement 5 Other Ancilary Treasury Related Task;
a) Keeping track of G-sec valuation
b) Co-ordinating with bank for vendor payment in foreign currency
c) Timely circulating Minutes of Meeting with lenders
d)PPT presentation as required
e)Follow up with Banks for various charges, excess interest, servicer fee etc
f) Tbill vs Repo Rate file
g)Regulatory Update - Direct assignment and PTC
h)Submitting data relating to interest payable in next quater to stock exchange.
i)Preparation of CMA for submitting it to the lender
j)Preparing key information update to the investor on quaterly Basis
k)Timely circulating Minutes of Meeting with lenders
l) Treasury Related Deal Entry (Loan and Investment) in Beacon - Treasury Software in Real Time Basis.
