Treasury back-office

Role & Responsibilities:

Treasury Back-Office This position undertakes Treasury activities of the company ensuring adherence to guidelines, controls, and reporting requirements for the treasury function.

Treasury Operations & MIS

• Monthly debt servicing reporting and payment bank follow-up.
• Security cover reporting, Borrowing certification portfolio / PSL tagging and related compliance with lenders.
• Responsible for preparation of term loan applications and periodic submissions to banks.
• Covenant monitoring and submissions.
• Responsible for Treasury MIS, cash flow/ fund flow statements.
• Prepare Treasury-related presentations, daily market summary, reports for company management and regulator.
• Coordinating for information with various departments.

Compliance Submissions Regulatory and Contractual

• Responsible for compliance with applicable RBI, SEBI guidelines.
• Compliance submissions with various regulatory agencies IPA, RTA, depositories, stock exchange, security trustee, debenture trustee, rating agency.
• Compliance submissions for periodic contractual/regulatory obligations with banks.

Asset-Liability-Management (ALM)

• Supporting ALM statement preparation and monthly borrowing plan.
• Preparation of ALM committee (ALCO) presentation.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to RBI.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: CA with an ambitious background in Treasury.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
