Treasury Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of complete set of compliance documents with relation to borrowings, lending, rating agencies and regulators. Adherence to internal, external and banking policies.
• Reviewing loan documents and liaising with internal and external parties to ensure proper and efficient delivery.
• Interaction with various stakeholders like banks, RTA, IPA, trustee, custodians, legal counsel in relation to the execution of transaction documents.
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Acting as the representative of a company in signing documents.
• Monitoring all ROC compliances related to borrowings.
• Monitoring compliance with lending covenant and regulatory compliance.
• Ensuring post disbursement compliance with approved terms and conditions.
• Ensure prudent investment opportunities in accordance with the approved policy.
• Monitoring all deferrals, documentation deficiencies, etc., and reporting to Senior Management.
• Review and suggest improvements in existing standard operating procedure related to treasury function.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to the role holder by Senior Management from time to time.
