Avanse Financial Services - Senior Manager - Product - Educational Loans Segment (6-10 yrs)

We are hiring for Senior Manager - Product role for Mumbai (Andheri-Marol) location.

Job Purpose- Working with all stakeholders for Education Loan business across Wealth Management. Data Analysis, MIS, Power Point Presentation. Coordination with Insurers and Vertical Product Managers to manage, lead and get the requirements on the distributions of products to achieve business.

Position Summary:

- Understanding and representing user needs.

- Develop & execute an overall business plan covering Education Loan business across all channels based on business targets in alignment with overall organization goals

- Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.

- Performance Management

- Sharing regular and monthly reports

- Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.

- Tracking business metrics and Business trackers and MIS

- Product Development and Operational workflow

- Identify EL product needs for all customer segments with all channels, product managers and segment managers together and develop appropriate product and service propositions / offerings with Insurance Partner/s

- Monitor operational activities to ensure that they are compliant with

- Local regulations, policies and procedures.

- Marketing and Brand Management

- Initiate, execute and manage marketing programs and strategies in line with business objectives

- Ensure brand compliance for all above and below-the-line communication according to local / global standards for SCB and relevant Insurance Partner

- Creating business documents, weekly/ monthly business decks, creating strategy and decks on EL business various tracks, Support business tech development inputs, Supporting Channel strategy and distribution, Assimilating and analyzing the data and bringing strategy out of it, Monitoring competition, product/ business contest development

- Compliance & Branch business support

- Supporting branch sales, distribution and marking development strategies. Creating training modules and monitoring the branch staff trainings.

Required Experience:

- Experience 6 - 12 years of experience in Education Loans, Banking & Products.

Required Qualification:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with deep knowledge of MS office/Word, Excel & Power Point

- Understanding of latest financial technologies/ platforms

- Application of available AI platform f

Technical Competencies:

- Understanding of Education lending and Education eco-system

- Proper knowledge of MS office/Word, Excel & Power Point
