Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

• Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Data Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Presentations & Reports: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Create compelling and easy-to-understand visualizations of business insights for presentations.
• Process Improvement: Identify, analyse, and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a point of contact between business units, contact center, IT and other stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication.

Project Management Assistance:

• Project Support: Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they meet the defined objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Task Coordination: Coordinate project tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, and work with the project manager to develop mitigation plans.
• Status Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements through thorough testing and validation.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience
• Proficient in building MS Office presentations & reports

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to various audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS office
