Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales managers and executives to meet and exceed individual and regional goals.
2. Lead Generation & Business Development
• Drive lead generation initiatives to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Expand the customer base by establishing relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners.
3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Oversee the use of CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze customer data.
• Leverage insights from CRM to refine sales strategies and improve client engagement.
4. Market Analysis & Strategy
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to the senior management team for strategic decision-making.
5. Team Development & Management
• Recruit, train, and mentor the regional sales team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.
6. Operational Excellence
• Ensure effective implementation of sales processes and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, execution, measurement, sampling, quotation and product teams to ensure seamless operations.
7. Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Analyze regional sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of success in regional sales management, preferably in the interior design, home decor, paints, or building materials industry.
• Good connections with architects, interior designers and on-site working teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and MS Office Suite.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
