Job Description
- Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our services
- Generating leads and calling prospective clients
- Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise
- Fielding basic questions and concerns about the services we offer
- Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and manager
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Acquiring clients into multiple sectors and understanding their customized needs
- Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
- Informing the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with client through closing process
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

work culture at CMI were pathetic. Too much work pressure, politics and no appreciation after achieving targets. Only few employees get benefits. There is no learning benefits for interns, they just want to finish their targets anyhow.
