Job Description
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business strategy, market analysis, and organizational development.
- Prior internship or project experience in research, data analysis, or project coordination is a plus.
- Social media knowledge and some graphic design experience (optional but valued).
- Assist with scheduling, email management, and organizing meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up with stakeholders on action items.
- Compile data and reports to support the development of strategic initiatives.
- Assist in tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and provide updates for ongoing projects.
- Help manage strategic projects, working cross-functionally with different departments.
- Track project milestones, ensuring communication and delivery are on point.
- Draft and edit reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Engage in regular feedback sessions to understand business priorities and help stay on track with strategic goals.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey ideas concisely and clearly.
- Problem-solving Mindset: A proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate needs, with a focus on resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project management tools.
- Team Player: A collaborative attitude and a willingness to take on tasks that help the broader strategic goals.
