Cut 2 PF. Also cut extra 200-300rs below the name of employee welfare so the in-hand salary is very less. Working pressure is more. No work satisfaction. Login time is fix but there is no logout time

They fill through reference and then do Favouritism. Unbalanced work load. No training given. Higher management not interested in knowing what is the ground level reality. They believe their managers blindly and manager take advantage. They do not upgrade their employees.

One of the worst places to work with. no policies, no rules, no morale. They will do whatever is in their favor. The hardwork and dedication will go waste here. No recognition for good work, useless politics by management, micro management, no job security, no work-life balance, nothing good to say. I wasted by 3 years here.
