One of the worst places to work with. no policies, no rules, no morale. They will do whatever is in their favor. The hardwork and dedication will go waste here. No recognition for good work, useless politics by management, micro management, no job security, no work-life balance, nothing good to say. I wasted by 3 years here.

Zero chance of job security, they hire you as a intern and fire you after 3 months besis of poor performance. Management level politics is there, they want only company to grow not the employee.

Old employees not do any work they only pressurized you to do task and they went to out of office almost 2 hr every day. Manager also helpless because those people are senior employees.

Frankly speaking, if you are telented this place is not for you, I regret my self I am here. You will not get hike on your talent it will get when you make happy to your senior.
