Everything. There is no work life balance in the HR side of the space. You always have to stay at work for 14-15h. Whenever you think of taking a break, you get a message from your manager that why are you away. I tried to complain about my colleague who was harassing me mentally but there was no action against her. Managers are notsupportive at all. The game is all about favouritism. I was promised that I will get a promotion in a year because I joined early but instead my manager asked me to do additional work and I did because I thought I will get a promotion but there is no appreciation reward and no promotion. Hike is very minimal here 7-10%. Sometimes you won't receive it at all because they don't promote you. You have to be at work no matter what. It's annoying....Read More
