Sr. Associate - Projects

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SQL Azure and PL/SQL along with domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management. This role involves ensuring the highest quality standards in our software products contributing to the companys success and positively impacting society.

Responsibilities

Lead the quality assurance process for software products in the Asset & Wealth Management domain

Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts

Provide expertise in SQL Azure and PL/SQL to ensure robust testing and data validation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance

Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools

Monitor and report on quality metrics and key performance indicators

Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions

Mentor and guide junior quality engineers in best practices and methodologies

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality

Work closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software

Ensure timely delivery of quality assurance deliverables in a hybrid work environment

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of software products

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in SQL Azure and PL/SQL

Have domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management

Demonstrate experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases

Show proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools

Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Display excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Have a track record of mentoring and guiding junior engineers

Be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality software products

Understand industry standards and best practices in quality assurance

Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model

Have experience in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

Be proactive in identifying and resolving quality issues
