Sr. Associate - Projects

We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Python and IoT Platform Integration. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. Experience in Networks is a plus. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans and test cases for IoT platform integration using Python.

Identify document and track software defects and inconsistencies.

Collaborate with development teams to understand product functionality and requirements.

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Ensure that all test activities are conducted in compliance with company standards.

Participate in design and code reviews to provide a quality perspective.

Automate repetitive testing tasks to improve efficiency and coverage.

Monitor and maintain test environments to ensure they are up-to-date and functional.

Provide input on quality assurance best practices and process improvements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in IoT and testing.

Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing methodologies.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Python and IoT platform integration.

Have experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.

Demonstrate proficiency in identifying and documenting software defects.

Show ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.

Exhibit strong analytical skills to analyze test results and provide reports.

Have experience with regression testing and automation tools.

Be familiar with maintaining and monitoring test environments.

Possess knowledge of quality assurance best practices.

Have excellent communication and documentation skills.

Experience in Networks is a plus.

Ability to work in a hybrid model with day shifts.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in testing.

Maximum 12 years of relevant experience in testing.
