Associate - Projects

We are seeking a Sr. Infra Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GITHUB Coverity Appdynamics Kubernetes SONARQUBE RBAC Set-up Amazon EKS AWS EKS and Splunk. This role requires strong decision making analysis and problem solving and writing skills. The work model is hybrid with no travel required and the shift is day.

Responsibilities

1. Manage Kubernetes clusters EKS add-ons and 3rd party integrations using Helm charts.

2. Perform EKS cluster upgrades worker node AMI patching and add-on updates.

3. Oversee RBAC permissions OPA policies network policies and centralized secret management.

4. Troubleshoot cluster issues including pods nodes ingress controllers and PVCs.

5. Configure and maintain CICD pipelines using GitHub Actions and enforce secure deployment practices.

6. Scale deployments manage HPA thresholds and adjust resource limits/requests.

7. Clean up unused resources such as jobs PVs ConfigMap and secrets.

8. Configure ingress/egress rules security groups and connectivity with AWS services.

9. Monitor and enhance observability metrics (Splunk AppDynamics)

Required Skills and Qualifications -

1. Strong expertise in Kubernetes EKS and AWS services

2. Hands-on experience with RBAC OPA policies and network policy management.

3. Proficiency in configuring and managing CICD pipelines like GitHub Actions preferred.

4. Familiarity with vulnerability management tools - SonarQube Coverity Wiz.

5. Strong troubleshooting skills for pods nodes ingress controllers and other Kubernetes components.

6. Experience with observability tools like Splunk or AppDynamics and cost optimization platforms like Kubecost.

7. Proven experience building relationships and effectively communicating both verbally and in writing with diverse audiences

8. Strong problem solving risk mitigation conflict resolution and influencing skills

9. Ability and willingness to work extended hours based on project requirements

10. ITIL certification

11. Should have environment management skills

12. Should have excellent reporting skills to Middle or Senior Management

13. Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements & related metrics.
