We are seeking a Technical Lead with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. Hands on experience of MSSQL 2012 2016 2019 administration

Create database and its file structure

Knowledge of database backup and recovery strategy

User management and database security

User and role management for user

Knowledge of High Availability HA and Disaster Recovery DR options like mirroring clustering for SQL Server

Responsibilities

Hands on experience of MSSQL 2012 2016 2019 administration

Create database and its file structure

Knowledge of database backup and recovery strategy

User management and database security

User and role management for user

Knowledge of High Availability HA and Disaster Recovery DR options like mirroring clustering for SQL Server

Ability to organize and plan work independently

Knowledge of indexes index management and statistics

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database problems

Knowledge of Windows Failover cluster

Knowledge of maintenance plan of including backups index maintenance consistency checks and statistics maintenance

Perform database performance monitoring and analysis and recommend tuning adjustments and make database adjustments to compensate

Provide support to application programmers through analysis and recommendations as requested for database access and performance problems

Identify recommend and reorganize database structures and data needed based on performance factors and user requirements

Provide application data refresh as requested to various development and test environments

Maintain documentation of backup and recovery procedures physical data storage and logical data design for assigned databases

Experience of windows OS

Experience with crossplatform database network communication techniques

An understanding of one or more database management systems including performance management security various file system concepts

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work as a team member
