Associate - Projects

We are seeking a Performance Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Jmeter Dynatrace and Java. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively analyze and optimize system performance ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the companys success. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Performance testing experience with strong expertise in K6 Jmeter Dynatrace and Splunk.

Analysing performance of Cloud applications is preferred. Knowledge on GCP applications performance analysis is an advantage.

This role involves analysing system performance identifying bottlenecks and ensuring optimal performance of our applications.

Domain Skills- Retail but not mandatory.

Deep dive analysis of system performance to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement

Create Python scripts to automate performance test data creation and for any other automation purpose.

Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders

Troubleshoot performance issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities.

Exhibit strong communication skills to convey technical information.
