Job Description:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience and is currently working on Developing and Implementation of ServiceNow in these below modules Javascript
• ITSM (IT Service Management) - ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service catalogue) should have modules like HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, FSM, Performance analytics and Virtual Agent
• ITOM (IT Operation Management) - ITOM should have CMDB Service Mapping, discovery
• ITBM (IT Business Management) - ITBM should have SPM, PPM
• ITAM (IT Asset Management) - ITAM should have SAM (Software asset Management) and HAM (Hardware asset management)
• Service Portal UX UI developer with Bootstrap
