Sr. Associate - Projects

We are seeking a Lead Administrator with 6 to 9 years of experience in SAP Focused Run SAP Service Desk Process Management (SolDoc) CHARM and Solution Manager. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Provider Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage and optimize our SAP solutions ensuring seamless operations and contributing to our companys success.

Responsibilities

Oversee the administration and optimization of SAP Focused Run to ensure efficient system performance and reliability.

Provide expert support for SAP Service Desk addressing and resolving technical issues promptly.

Manage Process Management (SolDoc) to streamline and document business processes effectively.

Implement and maintain CHARM to manage changes in the SAP environment ensuring compliance and minimizing disruptions.

Utilize Solution Manager to monitor and improve system performance ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their SAP-related needs and challenges.

Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes and configurations to support ongoing operations and future enhancements.

Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify and address potential issues proactively.

Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP solutions.

Lead the implementation of new SAP functionalities and upgrades ensuring minimal impact on business operations.

Analyze and report on system performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP administration and management.

Support finance and accounting teams by providing accurate and timely data from SAP systems.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in SAP Focused Run SAP Service Desk Process Management (SolDoc) CHARM and Solution Manager.

Demonstrate domain expertise in Provider Finance & Accounting to effectively support business operations.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Show proficiency in documenting and managing business processes using SAP tools.

Display strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide user support.

Have a proactive approach to system monitoring and performance optimization.

Demonstrate the ability to lead SAP implementation projects and manage upgrades effectively.

Possess a keen eye for detail to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Certifications Required
