Sr. Associate - Projects

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 10 to 13 years of experience in Citrix ADC CITRIX Load Balancer Citrix and Load Balancer Citrix Netscaler. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. Experience in Airport Vendor Management is a plus. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure technology to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Citrix ADC solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Manage and configure Citrix environments to support business operations effectively.

Provide technical expertise in Load Balancer Citrix and Load Balancer Citrix Netscaler to enhance system efficiency.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and performance standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Citrix solutions with other IT systems.

Develop and implement best practices for Citrix infrastructure management.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Lead the development of technical documentation and training materials for end-users and IT staff.

Provide support and guidance to junior team members on Citrix-related issues.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Citrix and load balancing solutions.

Ensure that all Citrix infrastructure changes are properly tested and documented.

Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to manage and optimize Citrix infrastructure.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and infrastructure.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Citrix ADC CITRIX Load Balancer Citrix and Load Balancer Citrix Netscaler.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Have a good understanding of Airport Vendor Management which is a plus.

Show proficiency in developing and implementing best practices for infrastructure management.

Display the ability to create comprehensive technical documentation and training materials.

Certifications Required

Citrix Certified Professional - Networking (CCP-N) or equivalent certification.
