Senior Developer

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience specializing in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The role requires a strong background in Multi Channel domain. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.

Oversee the implementation of Salesforce DevOPS practices to ensure efficient deployment processes.

Provide expertise in SFDC Data management ensuring data integrity and security.

Lead the development of SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience.

Integrate Salesforce with other systems to streamline business processes.

Configure Salesforce settings to align with organizational needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Ensure that all Salesforce solutions are scalable and maintainable.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.

Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the use of Salesforce.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce processes and tools.

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization.

Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce DevOPS and SFDC Data management.

Show proficiency in developing SFDC Lightning components.

Have experience in SFDC Integration and Configuration.

Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Be familiar with Multi Channel domain.

Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
