Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Azure IoT and a strong background in Finance & Accounting. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions contributing to the companys mission of delivering top-notch financial services.

Responsibilities

Lead the testing efforts for software solutions ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.

Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases for Microsoft Azure IoT applications.

Provide detailed reports on testing outcomes identifying any issues and recommending solutions.

Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and design effective test strategies.

Ensure that all financial and accounting software functionalities are thoroughly tested and compliant with industry standards.

Conduct performance testing to ensure that applications can handle expected loads and perform efficiently.

Utilize automated testing tools to streamline the testing process and improve accuracy.

Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes results and any issues encountered.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that software solutions meet their expectations.

Provide training and support to junior testers sharing best practices and knowledge.

Continuously monitor and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that testing practices remain current.

Ensure that all testing activities align with the companys overall goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in Microsoft Azure IoT demonstrating the ability to test complex IoT applications.

Have a solid background in Finance & Accounting understanding the specific requirements and challenges of this domain.

Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.

Show proficiency in using automated testing tools and techniques.

Exhibit strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Certifications Required

Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) Microsoft Certified: Azure IoT Developer Specialty

Management, Work-Life balance, no respect towards senior resources, hike is very bad. Don’t join Cognizant, if you’re a senior resource. Even Managers and Senior managers are coding. HR team is worse I have seen so far amongst all IT firms that I have worked with in my 9 years career.
