Business Associate

The contractor will partner and collaborate with CIO CTO and CSO leadership crafting white papers technical documentation and playbooks which showcase value from internal technology and security investments.

This role will work with the CTO directly to plan create deliver and publish this content and will establish a repeatable process and calendar which the team can rely upon going forward once this contract is concluded.

Responsibilities

Work with Business Analysts Application Development Quality Assurance and Technical Support groups to produce a wide variety of technical publications and product documentation for use by both IT and business end users

Collaborate with CIO and CSO leadership to craft white papers technical documentation and playbooks showcasing the value of internal technology and security investments

Equip IT and CS to further enable Cognizants GTM by showcasing content applicability to clients and industry verticals.

Equip internal teams with specific spotlight topics that accelerate change management inspire engagement associated with AI and broader transformation work happening at cognizant.

Qualifications

Strong ability to translate technical information into clear concise documents

5+ years of change management experience with large organizations.

5+ years of business process analysis and facilitation of change within large-scale programs.

Strong ability to translate technical information into clear concise documents.

Proficient in the use of spreadsheet and database query tools
