Business Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development professional with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega Integration Pega Application Development and PEGA Work Model. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and enhancing our companys impact on society.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Pega applications.

Utilize Pega Integration skills to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

Lead the development and deployment of Pega applications to meet client requirements.

Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Provide technical expertise in Pega Application Development to support project success.

Oversee the implementation of the PEGA Work Model to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct regular assessments of business development strategies to identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and present detailed reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all business development activities.

Support the continuous improvement of business development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Pega Integration with proven experience in streamlining business processes.

Demonstrate expertise in Pega Application Development with a track record of successful project deployments.

Have a solid understanding of the PEGA Work Model and its implementation.

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Show proficiency in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.

Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business success.

Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.

Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development with a focus on Pega technologies.

Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work.

Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Possess strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Be proactive in identifying and addressing potential challenges in business development activities.
