Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Core Java and Java Fullstack with a preference for experience in Claim File Management. This role involves coordinating complex projects ensuring timely delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Provide technical expertise in Core Java and Java Fullstack to guide project development and resolve technical challenges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements define project scope and develop detailed project plans.

Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.

Communicate project status milestones and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management regularly.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to foster a productive work environment.

Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned.

Manage project budgets resources and timelines to optimize efficiency and achieve project objectives.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Utilize domain expertise in Claim File Management to enhance project outcomes and deliver value to clients.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

Ensure that all project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date for future reference and audits.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Core Java and Java Fullstack with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Demonstrate experience in coordinating and managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to ensure project success.

Certifications Required

PMP Certification Java SE 11 Developer Certification
