Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Developer for the role of Senior Associate with 5 to 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Configuration Integration Lightning Sales Cloud and Salesforce DevOps. Experience in RD Preclinical and Clinical domains is a plus. The candidate will contribute to the companys mission by developing and customizing Salesforce solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

Oversee SFDC Configuration ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Integrate Salesforce with other systems to streamline business processes and data flow.

Implement SFDC Lightning to enhance user experience and interface functionality.

Manage SFDC Sales Cloud to support sales processes and improve sales performance.

Utilize Salesforce DevOps to automate deployment and improve development efficiency.

Leverage Sales Cloud Einstein to provide data-driven insights and enhance decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to continuously improve solutions.

Document technical specifications and user guides for developed solutions.

Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in SFDC Configuration Integration and Lightning.

Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Sales Cloud and Salesforce DevOps.

Have experience with Sales Cloud Einstein for data analytics and insights.

Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Show ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Have excellent communication and documentation skills.

Experience in RD Preclinical and Clinical domains is a plus.

Certifications Required
