Cognizant is hiring Talent Acquisition Executive(Contractual role)
Role & responsibilities
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary screening to identify potential candidates
- Coordinate with candidates & keep them informed about the further recruitment process
- Documents validation, assist in preparing job offers and Background verification
- Stake holder management, preparation on forecasted numbers
Preferred candidate profile:
- 2-4 years of experience in BPO/BPM recruitment
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and Job boards for sourcing talent
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment will be added advantage
- Flexible to work for 6 days(Mon - Sat)
Mode: Work from office
Location: Noida
