Sr. Associate - Projects

Expert knowledge of as many of the following Cloud networking technologies/protocols IS-IS VXLAN BGP EVPN Network Virtualization Expert level VMware network certifications or equivalent level experience (VCP-NV / VCIX-NV / VCDX-NV) or working(implement and troubleshoot) experience with vsan and nsx networking Intermediate to Expert level with Linux networking functionalities Good to have Working experience with cisco nexus devices or/and CCIE 3

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of network solutions to support business operations. - Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Google Cloud Networking to ensure optimal performance. - Provide expertise in Load Balancing to distribute network traffic efficiently. - Manage Switching and Routing using Arista and Cisco technologies to maintain network stability. - Implement and manage Wireless solutions to ensure reliable connectivity. - Optimize WAN performance using WAN Optimizers to enhance network efficiency. - Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems. - Conduct regular network assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Develop and maintain network documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. - Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their technical skills. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the network infrastructure remains cutting-edge. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices to maintain network security and reliability. -Qualifications - Possess a strong background in Google Cloud Networking with hands-on experience. - Demonstrate expertise in Load Balancing techniques and technologies. - Have extensive experience with Switching and Routing using Arista and Cisco. - Show proficiency in implementing and managing Wireless solutions. - Exhibit knowledge of WAN Optimizers and their application in network optimization. - Have a solid understanding of ISV and Hi-Tech domains. - Display excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
