Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Process Executive - HC to join our team. The ideal candidate will have up to 1 year of experience and possess strong skills in MS Excel and Accounts Receivables. This role involves working from the office during night shifts contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and process accounts receivables to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze and report financial data ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with the provider team to resolve any discrepancies in accounts receivables.
  • Maintain detailed records of financial transactions and update them regularly in the system.
  • Provide support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.
  • Monitor and track the status of accounts receivables to ensure timely collections.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest industry practices and tools.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving individual and team targets.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

    • Qualifications
  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Have experience in accounts receivables and a good understanding of financial processes.
  • Show excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Be proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Have a willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

    • Certifications Required
    Certified Accounts Receivable Specialist (CARS) or equivalent certification in financial management.
