Job Description
- Payroll Processing Accurately process payrolls for all employees, including calculating wages, deductions, bonuses, and other compensation-related transactions.
- Compliance Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to payroll, including tax filings and labor laws.
- Data Management Maintain and update employee payroll records in the payroll system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Reconciliation Perform regular payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy between payroll records and financial statements.
- Reporting Prepare and distribute various payroll reports for management, including payroll summaries, tax reports, and other ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Issue Resolution Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues promptly, providing support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
- Continuous Improvement Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of payroll processing.
- Education Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Proven experience in payroll processing and payroll accounting, preferably within a large organization.
- Tools ADP Workforce, Workday, MS- Excel.
