Job Description
We are seeking a strategic & results driven Banking Alliance Manager to build, manage & strengthen partnerships with financial institutions & allied banking partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships, driving collaboration & creating joint business opportunities to achieve mutual growth.
Responsibilities
- Partnership Management - Develop & maintain strong relationships with banking partners. Identify opportunities for collaboration & mutual benefit. Serve as the primary point of contact for alliance related activities.
- Strategic Planning - Create & execute strategic alliance plans aligned with business objectives. Identify & priotize potential banking partnerships. Conduct market research to understand trends & opportunities in the financial sector.
- Revenue Growth - Drive business development initiatives through banking alliances. Collaborate with sales & product teams to create joint go to market strategies. Monitor performance mentrics & ensure targets are achieved.
- Negotiation & Agreements - Lead negotiations to formalize partnership agreements. Ensure compliance with legal & regulatory requirements. Draft, review & execute contracts in collaboration with the legal team.
- Collaboration & Integration - Work closely with internal stakeholders to align partner offerings with business goals. Facilitate cross functional collaboration between product, sales & operations teams. Ensure smooth integration of banking partner services.
- Reporting & Analytics - Track, analyze & report on the performance of alliances. Provide insights & recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain records of alliance activities & updates
Skills
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development or a similar role in the financial or banking industry.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products & industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication & relationship building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data & make data driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills & ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Drive partnerships and tie-ups with banks/ partners to position the company's digital payment solutions and services.
- Develop joint revenue generation strategies, including competitive pricing models, co-branded product offerings, and exclusive agreements with Bank and Partners
- Generate leads and opportunities across various sectors in collaboration with banks/ partners.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and Large project opportunities along with bank and partners and closure of the effectively managed stakeholders at multiple levels within banks/ partners and internally across legal, finance, and operations.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and alignment of the company as a vendor/customer within the bank's ecosystem.
- Manage timely RFP submissions for bank-driven white-label projects or bank customers.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Stay updated on payment industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs. Implement a structured process for tracking leads generated through banks and report progress to both internal teams and partner banks.
- Regularly update the internal MIS to monitor targets and ensure accountability. Formalize engagements with partner banks through agreements, including base rates and mark-ups. Should have aptitude to negotiate and work on net revenue Model
