Job Title: Associate Director - HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Mumbai
Reports To: Director - Human Resources
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director - HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead strategic HR initiatives, foster employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior leadership to align business goals with HR strategies, ensuring a seamless employee experience and a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and solutions on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
Talent Management and Development:
- Lead succession planning, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and implement leadership development programs.
- Identify skill gaps and propose targeted learning solutions.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Actively address and resolve employee concerns, promoting a positive workplace environment.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
- Utilize HR analytics to track key metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR operations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with other HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development, to deliver seamless HR services.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, acting as a strategic partner in achieving business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HRBP or similar strategic role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.
- Proven ability to lead and influence in a matrixed organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and analytics tools.
