Head - Sales - Admin Business (15-20 yrs)

Overview:

The role focuses on establishing and nurturing relationships with Asset Managers, Investment Advisors, and Funds operating in or planning to set up in GIFT City. The primary goal is to pitch Fund Administration services, leveraging a strong understanding of applicable regulations such as FME, FPI, and FDI, and creating tailored solutions based on market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting, generating, and acquiring leads, particularly Asset Managers and Funds aiming to invest in India or global markets via the GIFT City route.

- Engaging with intermediaries, including CPAs, trustees, and law firms, to source potential clients.

- Identifying and targeting prospective clients for the Fund Administration business.

- Managing and growing relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and revenue growth.

- Driving sales activities and consistently achieving monthly targets across a range of products and services.

- Preparing yearly budgets and formulating strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives.

- Monitoring competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and feedback to the product team.

- Assisting in developing product variants and enhancing existing services to address market demands effectively.

- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and execution of client mandates.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Strong understanding of financial regulations, including FME, FPI, and FDI.

- Proven experience in sales and client relationship management with Fund Managers in India and globally, preferably in Fund Administration or related financial services.

- Ability to identify market trends and craft client-focused solutions.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
