Business Head - Multi Currency Accounts - Payments Firm (15-20 yrs)

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership & Growth

- Drive end-to-end P&L ownership with direct accountability for revenue, profitability, and growth metrics

- Develop and execute aggressive go-to-market strategies to rapidly scale the business, capturing relevant market segments

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including marketplaces like Amazon Global Selling, freelancer platforms, export councils, and trade bodies

- Lead product strategy and innovation to maintain competitive advantage

- Establish and optimize pricing strategies and unit economics

Team Building & Leadership

- Build and lead high-performing teams across sales and partnerships

- Drive recruitment of top talent and create a culture of excellence

- Establish clear KPIs and performance management systems

Strategic Planning & Execution

- Create and implement strategic roadmap for rapid market penetration

- Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities by leveraging market insights

- Drive operational excellence and process optimization

Required Experience & Expertise

- 15+ years of experience with a minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles

Proven track record of:

- P&L management at scale

- Rapid business scaling in B2B environment

- Building and leading large teams

- Achieving aggressive growth targets

Deep understanding of:

- Indian export ecosystem and regulations

- Cross-border trade dynamics, compliance and markets

- Global marketplace operations (Amazon Global Selling, etc.)

- Strong expertise in strategic planning, partnership development, and team leadership

- Experience in Fintech or Financial institutions relating to cross-border trade will be a plus

Reporting Structure

- Direct reporting to the CEO

- Key member of the executive leadership team

- Build and lead teams across sales, partnerships, and operations

Location

- Based in Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore

- Regular travel across key target markets in India
