Product Analyst - Capital Market - Advisory Firm (7-15 yrs)

Responsibilities and Duties

- Understand and apply regulations like FDI, FPI, AIF, GIFT-IFSC and global regulations incidental to the business across geographies.

- Work together with sales team to create new products and services in the FPI, AIF and GIFT-IFSC space.

- Undertake due diligence of entities for FDI Investments (onshore and offshore)

- Track NRI limits from Assets under management of the Funds

- Undertake and track compliances of various regulators across geographies such as India, US, UK, etc.

- Assist in undertaking tax filings and audits of the Funds (Statutory and Tax authorities)

- Implementation of Fund business

- Ensure products and services have clear differences from those offered by competitors.

- Evaluate current products and services to determine needs for upgrades and improvements

- Manage regulatory compliance, including AML audits and tax assessments.

- Work together with the sales team to create new products and services in the FPI, AIF and GIFT-IFSC space.

- Act as a SPOC for statutory audits and regulatory queries, staying updated on amendments.

- Assist in financial reporting, audits, and transaction impact analysis.

- Conduct training, maintain transaction repositories, and prioritize tasks for timely completion.

- Take complete ownership of AML audits and assist in tax assessments (India and Mauritius).
