Responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive investment analysis, due diligence, and financial modelling

- Monitoring portfolio company performance and providing strategic recommendations

- Supporting the team in deal sourcing, structuring, and negotiation

- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and industry professionals

Requirements

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field or CA or CFA (any level)

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Private Equity/Venture Capital or Investment Banking

- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
