Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Managing end to end lifecycle processes incl. onboarding, structured connects, performance appraisals, R&Rs, Exits, retention, employee grievances and queries.
- Conduct structured employee connects through FGDs and One on One connects.
- Strong in process compliance on Onboarding, conducting townhalls, employee engagement activities, employee surveys, feedback mechanism, HR processes and Exit/Grievance handling, R&R activities, exit interviews & retention discussion and employee grievances.
- Guiding the HR team and managers issues related to compliance, performance, behaviour of the employees and provide support to business leaders.
Job Requirement:
- Master's degree in Human Resources
- Exp. of 8-12 years in HR Business Partner role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management in BFSI sector
- Team handling experience in HR business partner role
- Analytical mind set and ability to use HR metrics for data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills
