Wordpress Developer - Themes & Plugins (6-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain WordPress-based CMS solutions with custom themes and plugins.

- Build high-performance, SEO-friendly front-end applications using Next.js.

- Implement headless CMS architecture with WordPress REST API & GraphQL for seamless content delivery.

- Optimize performance using caching strategies, SSR (Server-side Rendering), and SSG (Static Site Generation).

- Manage DevOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure for seamless deployments.

- Automate deployments and server management using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP/Azure.

- Ensure website security, scalability, and high availability by implementing best DevOps practices.

- Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement load balancing & auto-scaling.

Must-Have Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in WordPress development, Next.js, and DevOps.

- Strong expertise in PHP, JavaScript, React.js, and WordPress Custom Development.

- Experience with Next.js SSR, SSG, and API integrations.

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong understanding of CDN, caching mechanisms, and web performance optimization.

- Experience with Headless CMS, GraphQL, and REST APIs.

- Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions for DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Multi-site WordPress deployments & cloud hosting solutions.

- Knowledge of serverless functions & edge computing for performance optimization.

- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK, or New Relic).
